Davin obtained his law degree from the University of Leicester in 2013. He graduated with the degree classification of First Class Honours and fell within the top 10% of law graduates in the United Kingdom. He went on to obtain his Master’s degree in Canadian common law from Osgoode Hall Law School. In both degree programs, Davin’s work was utilized by the respective faculties as an assistive guide for other students. Prior to forming Brar Tamber, Davin practiced for several years at a boutique personal injury law firm in Toronto.
Davin’s practice is dedicated exclusively to personal injury litigation. He acts on behalf of injured victims in litigating motor vehicle accident claims, catastrophic impairment claims, slip & fall claims, fatality claims, disability claims, and social benefit appeals. Through his years of practice, Davin has developed a reputation for aggressively advocating on behalf of his clients and has secured millions of dollars in compensation for their injuries.
Davin has successfully represented his clients before various administrative Tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. He regularly attends discoveries, mediations, and appears before the Superior Court of Justice in litigating claims for pain and suffering and income loss.
In his spare time, Davin weight-lifts, plays on a soccer team, and religiously supports Manchester United Football Club.
